What you will do

• Develop conceptual and detailed electrical designs for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
• Create electrical one-line diagrams, power and lighting plans, site plans, special systems plans, and grounding plans.
• Develop 2D and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Apply the National Electrical Code and applicable building codes to project designs.
• Review mechanical equipment arrangements and architectural floor plans to coordinate electrical designs.
• Produce professional-quality drawings for client permitting and construction.

Requirements

• Associate or technical degree.
• 2+ years of applicable electrical design experience.
• Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code, building codes, and the electrical construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
