Master Project Scheduler

Location: On-site in Washington, DC, United States

Salary: $113,390–$170,085 annually. The offered rate depends on contract affordability, qualifications, experience, and internal parity.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs and projects.
• Coordinate schedule development with program management, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and Government customers.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, milestone tracking, forecasting, and corrective-action planning.
• Prepare schedule status reports, executive briefings, and project performance metrics.
• Support proposal development and maintain compliant program schedules across multiple projects or task orders.
• Ensure scheduling activities meet contractual requirements and project management standards.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and hold an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, information technology, or a related technical discipline.
• MS Project Management certification.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience in project management, project scheduling, or security program management.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft Project Professional.
• Experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for complex technical or Department of Defense programs, including resource planning, risk assessment, and performance reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition or enterprise IT/security programs.
• Experience integrating cost, schedule, and resource planning across multiple projects or task orders.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Plans, and program scheduling best practices.
