Healthcare Consulting Manager - Revenue Cycle (Healthcare)

Location: Remote with travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs; Chicago - 550 Van Buren; US work authorization required. Average travel in the Healthcare practice is currently less than 50% annually.

Base salary: $145,000–$185,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $166,750–$231,250.

What you will do

• Develop and implement revenue cycle management best practices and support regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and improve billing, coding, collections, and related processes to strengthen financial performance and reduce revenue leakage.
• Manage complex multi-workstream consulting projects and oversee junior team members.
• Analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to align work with business objectives.
• Lead team development through training, supervision, and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of project leadership and workplan management experience in a consulting firm.
• Experience focused on hospital or physician revenue cycle, denials management, or patient access services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to travel according to client, enterprise, or project needs.
• US work authorization required.
