Network Management Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States; based in the Texas territory, with travel within the assigned territory and occasional overnight stays of less than 10%.

Base pay: $55,900–$123,500 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support provider recruitment and contracting to ensure strategic network coverage across Texas.
• Negotiate small- to mid-size contracts with hospitals, physicians, physician groups, IPAs, and ancillary providers.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support complex hospital and physician contracting activities.
• Manage independent work, deadlines, planning, and travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience developing and negotiating provider contracts, or five years of managed care operations experience including at least one year of provider contract negotiation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
