Sr Network Mgmt Consultant - Work From Home (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; based in the Nashville, Tennessee territory, with travel within assigned areas and possible overnight stays

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Recruit physicians, physician groups, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
• Develop, negotiate, execute, and maintain provider contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers across the assigned territory.
• Ensure strategic provider network coverage for the territory.
• Educate providers and deliver ongoing provider service.
• Support contracting activities for large or complex groups and facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of provider contracting experience, or 7 years of business experience including 3 years of provider contracting experience.
• Knowledge of provider and facility contracting, healthcare products, and claims processing systems.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas, including overnight stays; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Three years of Medicare Advantage contracting experience.
• One year of value-based contracting experience, including delegation and risk contracts.
• One year of ancillary contracting experience.
