Warehouse Distribution Manager

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite distribution center role. Access to ITAR products requires U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, or protected-individual status under U.S. law.

What you will do

• Oversee distribution center activities including packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, stock handling, storage, and inventory support.
• Manage order fulfillment and shipments from stored inventory while meeting customer requirements, inspection processes, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled and special counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and defective-material returns.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, investigate deviations, and coordinate corrective measures.
• Maintain safe, compliant work areas and equipment, including ESD, military, ISO, calibration, and other quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and department performance, prepare operational and financial reports, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Typically 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing experienced professional employees, supervisors, or complex operational support teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution, inventory control, quality assurance, safety, and compliance processes.
• Must meet U.S. ITAR access eligibility requirements.
