Warehouse Manager

Location: Onsite in City of Industry, Chino, or Fontana, California, USA

Annual salary: $70,304–$100,000 plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Set warehouse strategy, operational objectives, and regulations aligned with corporate goals.
• Design and optimize standard operating procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and scalability.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory audits, order fulfillment, single-piece distribution, and reverse logistics.
• Analyze operational metrics and improve storage efficiency and order-processing capabilities.
• Lead team development, staffing strategy, talent cultivation, and organizational optimization.
• Build local warehouse and logistics provider networks and coordinate resources to improve service quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems.
• Bilingual Mandarin skills are preferred.
