Warehouse Supervisor (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-AIRPORT); onsite work in a manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Direct inbound receiving, storage, outbound order management, stock replenishment, and warehouse workload prioritization.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing allocation, onboarding, cross-training, overtime control, and performance evaluations for a team of 3–15 employees.
• Maintain accurate inventory through physical counts, cycle-count programs, ERP reconciliation, and inventory KPI tracking.
• Oversee LN ERP and Warehouse Management System transactions, handheld-device processes, documentation, shipping records, and chain-of-custody controls.
• Manage work-order kitting for production and job sites, including kit accuracy, traceability, yard material management, and on-time delivery.
• Implement SOPs, 5S standards, visual workplace tools, vendor evaluation processes, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Houston, TX onsite work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, Warehouse Management Systems, and ERP systems; LN ERP knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of written and verbal English is required.
• Intermediate MS Office skills, strong math and analytical abilities, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, work up to 10 hours per day and up to 6 days per week, and lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds; required PPE includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and a company-provided hard hat.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Warehouse experience in an industrial fabrication environment and knowledge of industrial fabrication materials and services.
• C.P.I.M. certification.
• Military training or extensive relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
