Warehouse Manager

Location: West Jefferson, Ohio, United States; onsite distribution center role

Salary: $101,000–$152,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish and measure procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, material handling, inventory accuracy, and product movement.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and complete high-volume fulfillment accurately and on time.
• Manage freight scheduling, tracking, expediting, carrier discrepancies, equipment repairs, and replacement requisitions.
• Support local sales representatives, customer service, complaint resolution, and responses to service failures.
• Monitor safe work practices, housekeeping, and guidance for the facility safety committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience supporting personnel and warehouse employees.
• Approximately 5 years of business experience, including several years in a distribution center environment.
• Experience with customer relations, positive employee relations, communication, presentations, and handling multiple priorities.
• When applicable, certification as a Certified Designated Representative by the State of Florida for compliant pharmaceutical operations.
