Air Export Lead Agent

Location: 795 Jubilee Dr, Peabody, Massachusetts, USA

Base pay: $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Process air export documents and ensure smooth, timely shipment flow.
• Follow customer standard operating procedures and maintain accurate operational-system data entry.
• Monitor shipment, exception, invoicing, and operational reports to support customer satisfaction and accurate billing.
• Support workload allocation, KPI tracking, peak-period coverage, and implementation of system enhancements.
• Build relationships with customers, airlines, trucking companies, and other vendors.
• Mentor agents, audit files, promote process compliance, and support corrective action plans for vendor performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Experience handling export documents and air export operations.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to meet operational, customer service, communication, reliability, and compliance expectations.
