Senior Strategic Advisor (Pharmacy)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States

Salary: $89,174–$142,679 per year, plus annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Consult with ASO clients on pharmacy benefits, programs, and pricing.
• Analyze client data, utilization trends, medical expenses, reimbursement data, and provider performance metrics.
• Lead quarterly and annual utilization review meetings and manage relationships with clients, sales partners, and external consultants.
• Support healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, partnership strategies, and enhancements to products and market offerings.
• Contribute to strategic planning, complex financial and qualitative analysis, thought leadership, and enterprise initiatives.
• Monitor industry, regulatory, technology, and market trends while improving analytics, reporting, project management, and consulting approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field; 7+ years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, financial management, reimbursement, strategic planning, reporting, or performance analysis.
• Ability to work remotely from North Carolina, United States.

Nice to have

• PBM or pharmacy experience.
• Client-facing sales or consultative experience.
