Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech II-III (Automation)

Location: Tiffin, Ohio, USA — on-site at 60 Heritage Dr.

Wage: $32.15–$44.19 per hour, plus a $0.75 shift differential. Second shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot AC/DC drives and motors, and troubleshoot or modify PLC programs as required.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment inspections, lubrication, fabrication, machining, and welding as required by the location.
• Diagnose equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that reduce repeat failures.
• Work with operations personnel to resolve abnormal equipment conditions and support operator asset ownership.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Tiffin, Ohio, USA, on the second shift.
• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Technical competence in industrial maintenance across mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Experience performing electrical work in compliance with NFPA 70E.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, teamwork, computer, Microsoft Office, and CMMS skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent military experience.
• Welding, machining, and fabrication skills.
• Six or more years of similar experience for Level II; eight or more years for Level III.
