Data Program Engineer

What you will do

• Lead multiple data program executions and manage stakeholder relationships through delivery.
• Design and document data-driven solutions, database architectures, data models, ETL processes, and data warehouse applications.
• Define target-state technology architectures and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with IT initiatives.
• Lead technology proof of concepts and provide architecture direction to engineering teams.
• Drive technology transformation, reduce technical debt, and improve architecture efficiency.
• Collaborate with Agile and global teams across planning, documentation, execution, testing, and project launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of technical and business experience, including systems analysis, application development, project feasibility, requirements definition, design, or project leadership.
• Expertise in designing data-driven solutions on Snowflake and strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Expert understanding of relational and dimensional databases, database architecture, ontology and taxonomy design, data security, cybersecurity, and PII management.
• Experience with programming languages, change and transformation initiatives, process improvement, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Investment management or asset management experience.
• Advanced data analytics using ML, AI, and GenAI.
