Location: Lexington, KY 40509, United States; onsite distribution center role with regular operation of a company or personal vehicle.

What you will do

• Lead the daily operation of a small-volume distribution center in support of company goals.
• Plan and execute distribution center operations, including financial management, operational performance analysis, inventory, purchasing, and fleet activities.
• Manage vendors, processes, procedures, and operational results.
• Lead employees through clear expectations, performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide operational input and feedback to the Regional Operations Manager.
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle consistently for more than 20% of the average work week.

Requirements

• 5+ years of distribution center operations experience.
• Experience with inventory management and purchasing.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience maintaining processes and procedures across sales, accounting, safety, HR, and legal compliance.
• Understanding of DOT regulations.
• An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.
