Private Capital Client Service Senior Associate (Private Assets)

What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on the Private i platform and hirify.global's broader Private Assets product suite.
• Analyze individual funds and portfolios, measure risk, and benchmark performance against private capital datasets.
• Partner with institutional investors to understand workflows, investment processes, and business objectives.
• Provide product support, resolve complex analytical questions, and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training workshops.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate enhancements, influence development, and represent client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, FinTech, or a related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets and institutional investors.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions, regions, and global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in portfolio analysis or performance measurement.
• Experience in investment analytics or private markets.
• Experience supporting investment technology or financial software in client-facing roles.
• CFA, CAIA, CIPM, FRM, or MBA.
