Client Onboarding Specialist (Customer Success): Coordinating and facilitating the seamless onboarding of service professionals to the platform with an accent on early adoption, product utilization, and relationship building. Focus on guiding Pros through the initial lifecycle, reinforcing product value, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term retention.
Location: Remote, must be based in Mexico
Salary: $25,450–$28,500 annual OTE

What you will do
- Own the relationship during the initial onboarding phase, including account activation and product adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Reinforce the value of the platform to drive early product utilization and customer confidence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Managers to mitigate risk and drive retention.
- Identify expansion opportunities and proactively improve the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using deep product knowledge.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales.
- Must be based in Mexico.
- English: Advanced (C1) proficiency required.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 11am-8pm PST.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
