Jr, Account & Wellness Activities Coordinator

Location: Mexico City, Mexico, with remote work and 1 day per week in the office at Colonia Napoles. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee talks, workshops, and wellness activities for international clients.
• Schedule annual sessions and ensure agreed account programs are delivered on time.
• Monitor the technical, operational, and conceptual quality of activities in real time.
• Request, review, translate, and customize presentations and other materials for client requirements.
• Coordinate healthcare trade show logistics, including exhibitors, documentation, and submissions.
• Manage operational relationships with speakers, instructors, corporate clients, and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 to C1 level is essential for operational communication, translation review, and meetings with global teams.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate or wellness event coordination, account management, client success, or international logistics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support customer success and resolve logistical issues during sessions and health fairs.

• Training in organizational well-being, project management, or workplace mental health programs.
