Project Manager

Location: On-site in Singapore; only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible. Candidates requiring work pass sponsorship will not be considered.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, and post-mortems.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support project team members and foster effective collaboration across functions.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and adherence to project management methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, software development, or related technology roles.
• Experience delivering digital, CRM, MarTech, website, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with personalization, digital experience, agency, IT services, digital transformation, customer experience, or marketing technology projects.
• Background as a Business Analyst, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect transitioning into project management.
