Project Manager APAC (CPG)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of APAC projects covering product launches, product changes, and business development opportunities.
• Lead multifunctional teams through project definition, planning, execution, launch, and post-execution review.
• Champion the Stage Gate process and maintain project charters, business cases, financial templates, plans, and status reports.
• Define timelines, milestones, resource needs, and deliverables while coordinating support with senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks, conflicts, and project barriers, develop contingency plans, and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Project Management Qualification.
• 5+ years of CPG industry experience, preferably in a regulated FMCG or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and delivering against scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, change management, and conflict management skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Project or other project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
