What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional and technical projects through initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and closure.
• Track program milestones, schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, and change-control activities.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders while assessing feasibility and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules, process documents, reviews, risk analyses, and other documentation.
• Support testing, training, post-deployment evaluations, status reporting, and delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
• Act as a point of contact for vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and client executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with 0–2 years of related experience or training.
• Understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, scheduling, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and learn new tools, processes, and technologies with minimal assistance.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, project documentation, metrics tracking, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, use a computer, move within an office environment, and communicate effectively.
