Senior Project Manager

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days a week

Salary: $45,000–$110,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects and activities across large-scale integrated campaigns for a major CPG client.
• Act as a client proxy for agile teams and provide strategic direction on processes and resolution paths.
• Support agile teams in refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project health through resourcing, profitability, burn rates, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
• Build, coach, and lead cross-functional teams while managing client relationships and team dynamics.
• Support RFP responses, contracts, scopes of work, scoping, estimation, and solution design.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of integrated campaigns and related best practices.
• Experience with project scoping, timeline estimation, and resource management.
• Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain quality while working under tight deadlines; passion for social media marketing and advertising.
