Diesel Mechanic (Cryogenic Logistics)

Location: Blytheville, Arkansas — Terra Road/NCR 919; the posting also references La Porte, Texas. Travel is required as needed to repair pumping equipment at work sites and district shops.

Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and specialized equipment.
• Repair pumping equipment at work sites and district shops as required.
• Ensure equipment meets DOT standards and safety protocols.
• Translate maintenance reports into service and equipment-maintenance strategies.
• Communicate technical needs with colleagues and support a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of tractor-trailer maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of gasoline engine mechanics and preventive maintenance.
• Valid non-CDL driver's license.
• Basic hand tools; bringing personal tools is preferred.

Nice to have

• High school diploma, GED, technical college, or military technical experience.
• Familiarity or interest in cryogenics and hydraulics.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and DOT brake certification.
