Field Marketing Senior Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and execute integrated marketing plans across Brazil with resellers, distributors, and other partners.
• Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and demand generation initiatives.
• Plan and deliver partner-led and hirify.global-led industry events, webinars, and other field activities.
• Partner with Brazil sales leadership to translate pipeline needs and business priorities into targeted marketing actions.
• Localize content and messaging for the Brazilian market in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Measure campaign performance, marketing ROI, and sales pipeline contribution while managing regional budgets and PR initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including channel or partner marketing.
• Experience in event planning and execution across in-person and virtual formats.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and design applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and agency management skills.
• Native Portuguese with publication-ready grammar, spelling, and style, plus strong understanding of Brazilian linguistic and cultural nuance.
• Fluent English required; Spanish is beneficial for regional LATAM communication.
