TL;DR

Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM): Leading the strategy, build-out, and performance of ABM disciplines across the B2B portfolio with an accent on intent data integration, account scoring, and multi-channel orchestration. Focus on architecting ABM frameworks, managing 6Sense/Demandbase implementations, and driving pipeline revenue through data-driven account strategies.

Location: Must be based in Brazil (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end ABM strategy, including account selection, tiering, and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Architect and manage 6Sense and Demandbase implementations, including predictive analytics workflows.
  • Translate intent data into actionable campaign triggers for Paid Media, Content, and Email teams.
  • Lead cross-agency collaboration to ensure unified, non-siloed ABM campaigns.
  • Present ABM strategy and performance directly to clients and lead discovery discussions.
  • Mentor team members on platform proficiency and account-based methodology.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing strategy or ABM with end-to-end program ownership.
  • Hands-on proficiency with 6Sense, Demandbase, or equivalent ABM/intent data platforms.
  • Strategic knowledge of B2B Martech (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) and their integrations.
  • Deep understanding of intent data, predictive scoring, and account tiering.
