What you will do
- Own end-to-end integrated content strategy and execution across thought leadership, sales enablement, and messaging playbooks for B2B accounts.
- Lead content audits mapped to the B2B buyer journey using audience research and stakeholder interviews.
- Align every deliverable to client revenue and pipeline goals, translating them into a clear content thesis.
- Optimize business operations through the deployment of AI technologies like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Mentor and uplevel strategists and writers supporting the accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO/AEO, Creative, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B Integrated Content Marketing role with direct client-facing experience.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Advanced, fluent proficiency in English (C1+) is required.
- Advanced proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and content operations.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Figma, or Unbounce.
- Proven ability to present strategies and defend recommendations to C-suite executives.
