Analyst, Sales Finance

Location: Toronto, ON — Queen's Quay Headquarters; hybrid, 3 days per week

New hire base salary: $75,100–$93,900 CAD per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare weekly reporting, including customer inventory analysis and open deduction summaries.
• Support budget, forecast, month-end, and quarter-end reviews for volume, trade spend, and margin.
• Manage trade accruals and annual trade planning covering promotions, pricing, vendor agreements, and incentives.
• Develop financial models, planning tools, operating procedures, and process improvements.
• Analyze variances, identify business opportunities and risks, and present recommendations to Sales and Finance leadership.
• Validate trade rates, funding, customer incentive payments, and compliance with trade spending policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate in a team environment.
