Manager, FP&A

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 CAD per year

hirify.global Credit manages approximately $305 billion in assets across private credit investment strategies, including infrastructure and renewable credit, real estate, asset-backed, and corporate credit.

What you will do

• Oversee FP&A consolidation for the global Credit segment, including forecasts, business plans, and quarterly non-GAAP results.
• Own the OneStream FP&A system, including system changes, enhancements, and utilization for reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Review consolidated forecasts, actual results, business plans, drivers, trends, and variances before senior review.
• Coordinate quarterly submissions, reporting timelines, earnings materials, and results presentations for senior management.
• Prepare profitability analysis and act as a finance liaison to the Credit segment’s largest subsidiary.
• Manage 1–2 Financial Analysts and implement process improvements to increase FP&A efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline and a CPA designation.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
• 1–2 years of professional finance management experience.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous improvement.
