Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze financial and liquidity forecasts across operating assets and communicate performance findings to key stakeholders.
• Oversee quarterly and annual reporting submissions, including variance analysis, capital expenditure forecasts, and compliance with reporting policies.
• Prepare operating results presentations, business plans, valuations, and management materials for senior hirify.global leaders.
• Support financial reporting, credit agreement compliance, technical accounting analyses, and coordination with external service providers.
• Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.
• Support the onboarding of new acquisitions and improve finance, accounting, people, processes, and systems across the growing portfolio.

Requirements

• Qualified CPA or CA, ideally with Big Four experience and a strong record of performance.
• Strong foundation in finance and accounting, with highly analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including developing and reviewing financial models.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to translate financial results into clear key messages.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills, including confidence interacting with senior executives.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
