What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and deliver fund accounting training curricula for global implementation.
• Coordinate mandatory i2i and new-hire curricula for the assigned geographic location.
• Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system rollouts.
• Work with managers, performance consultants, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate business outcomes into learning solutions.
• Evaluate programmes, analyse effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Represent the learning and development department in meetings and collaborate with global training teams.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in fund accounting operations or training consulting.
• For the operations profile: strong understanding of fund structures and concepts.
• For the training profile: experience with the ADDIE instructional design methodology and strong instructional design or organisational development skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of staff and facilitate discussions.
• Self-starter, team player, and detail-oriented professional able to deliver work requiring minimal revision.
• Must be authorised to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of the GIO InvestOne/Enterprise accounting platform.
• Experience with Captivate, Articulate, Easy Generator, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Expertise in a specific content area or delivery methodology.
