Knowledge Enablement - Applications Trainer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, with remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of offices in Allen, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Cedar Falls, Iowa; Charlotte, North Carolina; Lenexa, Kansas; Louisville, Kentucky; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri. Travel required: 35%. Onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on location and experience.

What you will do

• Deliver software and service training courses and workshops to customers and employees during product installations, conversions, and continuing education.
• Create and customize curricula, procedures, training materials, and environments for customer-specific needs.
• Conduct live, web-based, and other e-learning sessions at customer sites or hirify.global locations.
• Test and maintain software used for training and provide customer follow-up throughout projects.
• Update curricula based on feedback and needs assessments while evaluating training quality.
• Maintain knowledge of product changes, upgrades, training techniques, and financial-services industry trends; support and train less experienced peers.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in a financial institution or training role.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time.
• Ability to design and deliver software applications training.
• Strong communication, customer interaction, project management, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines, prioritize tasks, document problems, and resolve complex issues.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Training certification.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and hirify.global products.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, digital training tools, and tutorial-building software.
