Client Onboarding Senior Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support new client onboarding, data management, and user-access administration across the Private and Total Plan platforms.
• Configure and maintain client-specific data in accordance with established methodologies, governance standards, and quality controls.
• Lead onboarding workstreams by defining milestones, dependencies, deliverables, timelines, and project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, provide status updates, resolve blockers, and manage project risks.
• Respond to client and internal user inquiries, track interactions in CRM tools, and support platform navigation and data issues.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and scalability initiatives through small- to mid-scale projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience leading projects or managing project initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role with direct team leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation, is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI or GenAI tools.
• Experience in process optimization or refinement.
