Associate, Project Manager

What you will do

• Maintain and validate project scope, plans, schedules, and delivery metrics for moderately complex projects.
• Manage project delivery, scope, costs, and completion for non-complex projects.
• Monitor risks to project success and inform relevant stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and execute technical project communication plans.
• Identify project impacts, build organizational support for change, and evaluate results against success metrics.
• Recommend process, resource, and solution improvements and deliver team reporting and guidance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in a systems development environment.
• Good technical and commercial awareness.
• Ability to identify business needs and formulate technical proposals to address them.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent conversational and business English at C1 or C2 level, both written and oral.
