What you will do

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver small to medium-sized connected-device projects across clinical trial phases.
• Lead cross-functional Connected Devices teams and coordinate delivery according to the agreed scope of work.
• Document project-specific guidelines, circulate them to project members, and support team training.
• Track progress, identify project risks, and support corrective actions and issue resolution.
• Prepare project updates for internal and external meetings and keep leadership informed of delivery risks.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, revenue recognition, change orders, and end-of-project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Clinical trial industry experience and at least three years of project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
• Risk management, prioritization, scheduling, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
