Technical Project Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: 100% onsite in Mexico City, at Montes Urales

Global business travel organization operating a Salesforce Center of Excellence and Project Management Office.

What you will do

• Calculate and monitor project KPIs, including schedule variance, cost variance, and resource efficiency, and escalate financial risks to leadership.
• Maintain and optimize Jira and other project management systems, ensuring accurate, accessible, and current project data.
• Develop standardized project templates, dashboards, reports, scorecards, processes, and documentation across the portfolio.
• Create executive presentations, charts, visual analytics, automated reports, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Track project time, resource allocation, and team utilization across active projects.
• Support PMO process improvements, tool enhancements, training, governance compliance, audit trails, artifact repositories, and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% onsite at Montes Urales in Mexico City.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or related role.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, portfolio management, multi-project environments, financial and budget management, process automation, and workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
