Senior Project Manager, Global Workplaces (AI)

What you will do

• Assess and improve global workplace processes, workflows, operating rhythms, intake models, governance routines, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate workplace programs from planning through implementation, including timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, and follow-up.
• Research, evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools, agents, automation, and workflow systems for productivity, service delivery, and knowledge management.
• Translate business needs into automation use cases, requirements, implementation plans, and adoption measures.
• Support global workplace strategy and coordinate consistent execution with regional workplace partners and teams across HR, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• Define program KPIs, adoption metrics, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project or program management, business operations, workplace operations, facilities, employee experience, or a related function.
• Experience improving workflows, building operating mechanisms, and driving adoption of new processes or systems.
• Experience evaluating or implementing digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows for business operations teams.
• Strong planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, risk management, analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work across regions, time zones, and functional teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, hospitality, workplace, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with global workplace, facilities, real estate, employee events, or people and places programs.
• Familiarity with AI governance, change management, and process design.
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
