Plant Process Engineer III (Manufacturing)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA; onsite at the Milwaukee facility

Annual base salary: $104,800–$117,900 for Engineer III, plus a quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary. An additional discretionary annual incentive may apply.

What you will do

• Lead plant environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, regulatory reporting, documentation, and audit support.
• Plan, budget, implement, track, and complete capital improvement projects.
• Provide engineering oversight for manufacturing equipment, utilities, facilities, infrastructure, and production support systems.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, inspections, repairs, contractors, and facility maintenance activities.
• Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and use performance data and KPIs to improve reliability, productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to respond to critical equipment failures, process issues, and facility emergencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electronics and automation, chemical processes, manufacturing equipment, and quality control standards.
• Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, CAD, and project management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, machine guarding, energy isolation, lockout/tagout, confined-space entry, fall protection, and safe work procedures.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, food safety standards, and environmental controls, with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
