Application Support Manager (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage change execution and application support for critical banking systems used by Asia Pacific branches across Markets and Banking.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, local user groups, and global head-office stakeholders.
• Coordinate project execution with Madrid when application changes are required.
• Define release content from the service-request backlog and prepare weekly and monthly release reports.
• Supervise go-live runbooks, provide post-production support, and escalate project risks and application issues.
• Execute change-management activities, including training and user acceptance testing, when required.

Requirements

• University degree.
• At least five years of experience planning, implementing, and supporting systems.
• Good written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of Santander core banking applications and corporate banking business models.
