Manager of AI Workspace Administrator (AI)

Location: Detroit, MI, United States; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

Salary: $60,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage platform identities, maintain user lists, and conduct periodic audits and attestations.
• Define, assign, and govern WPP Open user groups and role-based permissions.
• Provide first-line support for questions about AI agents and platform tools, resolving or escalating issues.
• Configure, add, delete, and modify workspaces and integrations.
• Perform routine data maintenance and cleanup, escalating larger remediation efforts to the data team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in system administration, IT operations, technical help desk, or SaaS administration.
• Experience with platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, Salesforce, or Jira.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, SSO, security, and compliance fundamentals.
• Comfort with ticketing systems, collaboration hubs, and basic API concepts.
• Clear, patient, and empathetic communication with non-technical creative and business users.
• Methodical, checklist-driven approach to documentation and audits.
