Support Engineer

What you will do

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure across network, storage, telecommunications, desktop, and related systems.
• Establish operational standards, processes, and procedures for infrastructure services.
• Coordinate incidents, service disruptions, user communications, and escalations.
• Manage server, hub, and audiovisual rooms, including environmental controls.
• Support infrastructure projects through cross-team communication and project coordination.
• Maintain technology lifecycle programs and renew end-of-life products according to global guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of combined IT and daily network operations experience.
• Broad exposure to systems management and administration.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, commercial, and intranet/internet technologies used in financial organizations.
• Working knowledge of IT organizations, server rooms, and system production control processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify extensive documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking or private banking domains.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies.
