IT Senior Business Analyst - JDE (ERP)

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, United States; travel up to 20%

Salary: $92,600–$154,400 per year

What you will do

• Support ERP and application requirements for Procurement and Supply Chain business leaders.
• Document current- and future-state business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Create business requirements documents and functional specifications, and assess requirement changes and impacts.
• Track requirements from business case through implementation and maintain reusable requirements documentation.
• Define test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, and test scripts; support project and user acceptance testing.
• Create project documentation and procedures, support training, and act as a liaison between the Digital Technology application team and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• At least four years of experience in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related area.
• Experience with business analytics and systems design analysis.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Experience with web-based applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work in Greenville, Wisconsin, United States.

Nice to have

• Functional expertise supporting Procurement and Supply Chain systems in enterprise ERP environments.
• Experience with JD Edwards and/or Infor LN.
• Certifications such as IIBA, DTIL, CBAP, or CCAB.
• Experience working independently and taking initiative.
