Senior Product Designer I (Enterprise)

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $130,000–$142,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into user-centered solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, stakeholders, and leadership to define problems and ship high-quality experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize customer research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Design AI-assisted experiences with appropriate error states, confidence signals, transparency, feedback loops, and quality standards.
• Evolve design systems, processes, tools, and team rituals while balancing user needs with business goals.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and foster collaboration, feedback, and inclusivity within the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital products across platforms.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma and Claude Code.
• Experience evolving design systems at scale and applying user-centered design, accessibility, and interaction design practices.
• Experience collaborating in agile product teams and leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
