What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of product designers, providing feedback and setting design direction.
• Translate product strategy into elegant, user-centered solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and ship high-quality experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Design AI-assisted experiences with a focus on transparency, error states, and feedback loops.
• Refine design processes, tools, and team rituals to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Proven people management experience, including mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex digital products across platforms.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Experience working with and evolving design systems at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and enhance design outputs.
