What you will do

• Develop fire protection and life safety designs for building engineering projects.
• Use AutoCAD and specialized software to prepare designs within the area of expertise.
• Contribute to infrastructure supporting data centers, commercial environments, and other facilities.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering professionals on complex design challenges.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a closely related field, or a high school diploma combined with relevant education and experience.
• Entry-level NFPA, ICC, or other specialized Fire and Life Safety credentials.
• Strong computer skills with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with specialty software used for fire protection design.
