Healthcare Consulting Senior Director - Patient Experience

Location: Chicago, United States; remote work with travel up to 50% every week, typically Monday–Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays

Base salary: $225,000–$275,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $292,500–$357,500.

What you will do

• Lead complex healthcare performance improvement engagements and create high-performing client and project environments.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgets, revenue forecasts, margins, invoicing, and billing.
• Analyze performance data, quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop improvement solutions.
• Work with client leaders to understand challenges, create customized solutions, and deliver presentations and proposals.
• Build executive relationships, lead change initiatives, and identify new business opportunities.
• Direct hirify.global teams and support successful project delivery, sales negotiations, and contract development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, hospital operations, or performance improvement, including process redesign, change management, operational transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading complex healthcare consulting engagements and implementation efforts focused on patient experience.
• Knowledge of patient experience measurement methodologies, including CAHPS, patient experience analytics, and consumer experience drivers across healthcare settings.
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and improvement areas such as access, throughput, care progression, care coordination, quality and safety, length of stay, and readmissions.
• US work authorization required; willingness to travel up to 50% weekly and work extended hours as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
