Lead Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; Flex hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Other listed locations include Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Richardson, Texas.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Drive delivery frameworks, contingency planning, business results, and execution strategies for complex programs involving multiple projects.
• Manage enterprise-wide projects, program scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and recommended adjustments.
• Oversee vendors and business partners while serving as a functional liaison across business divisions.
• Coordinate program integration and support the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Track initiative impacts and connect them to key enterprise outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor teams and junior resources in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, 11 years of relevant experience without a degree, or a master’s degree with 5 years of consulting, strategy, analytics, product, or business operations experience.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, product administration, or a relevant healthcare function.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques, industry trends, and business and financial information.
• Experience communicating with senior management and executive leadership, including preparing executive presentations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects, delegating assignments, resolving problems, negotiating, and working in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, information-processing, and Microsoft Office skills.
