Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; other location: Richardson, Texas. Hybrid flex schedule requires at least three days in the office each week.

Base pay: $63,300–$114,300 annually. An annual incentive bonus may also apply.

What you will do

• Provide business analysis, strategic guidance, and healthcare regulatory expertise across functional areas.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments and communicate relevant changes.
• Support stakeholder engagement across departments and organizational levels.
• Prioritize divisional activities and track progress toward strategic goals, milestones, and business outcomes.
• Maintain tools and resources that improve visibility into initiatives and support business decision-making.
• Drive consistency, compliance, process efficiency, and readiness for organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or seven years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or healthcare.
• Project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with multiple departments and organizational levels.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques, industry trends, and business and financial information.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week under the hybrid flex policy.

Nice to have

• Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
• Affordable Care Act knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience.
• Experience monitoring, analyzing, and communicating regulatory or legislative changes.
• Experience using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and initiative tracking.
• Management consulting or healthcare policy experience.
