Manager, Healthcare Reimbursement and Regulatory Compliance

Location: All locations in the United States; aligned to an hirify.global US office. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle.

Salary: $112,100–$225,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare clients on reimbursement, regulatory compliance, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges.
• Deliver consulting engagements, client deliverables, training materials, and process improvements.
• Develop and manage project work plans, status reports, communications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members while coordinating priorities and deliverables.
• Participate in business development and client discussions focused on reimbursement, compliance, and industry challenges.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen new and existing client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory experience; consulting experience is preferred.
• Job-relevant certification, including HFMA certifications.
• Expertise in healthcare finance, reimbursement methodology, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and reimbursement data, regulations, guidance, and industry trends.

Nice to have

• Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare reimbursement experience.
• Experience preparing Medicare, Medicaid, or Blue Cross reimbursement reports.
• Practice development, project management, leadership, and people management experience.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel and experience leading client service teams.
