Senior Strategy & Ops Lead (Healthcare AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the NYC office; all work must be conducted from an approved location within the United States.

Base salary: $160,000–$185,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable results.
• Partner with leadership to shape company priorities and turn strategy into action.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for executive decisions.
• Build business cases and financial models for strategic investments and priorities.
• Design and scale operational processes that improve efficiency across the business.
• Lead change management for new systems, tools, and workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations.
• At least 2 years leading strategic initiatives end-to-end in an operating role.
• Experience independently owning complex, ambiguous initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
• Ability to work from an approved location within the United States for this hybrid NYC-based role.
