Marketing Coordinator (DACH)

Location: Munich, Germany · Onsite; occasional travel within the DACH region for events.

What you will do

• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in running the DACH field and partner marketing plan across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Prepare and coordinate lead generation campaigns and marketing programs.
• Coordinate event and conference logistics, including venues, vendors, invitations, onsite support, and attendee follow-up.
• Track campaign and event data, compile performance reporting, and maintain accurate marketing calendars and trackers.
• Provide administrative support for partner activities, MDF requests, budget documentation, and project follow-ups.
• Update Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, CRM, and reporting records, and adapt global marketing materials for the DACH market.

Requirements

• Native German and fluent English communication are required.
• 0–2 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, proactive communication and confidence working with stakeholders across the DACH region.
• Ability to maintain accurate trackers, calendars, and documentation while supporting the manager and wider team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Monday.
