Working Student Event Management (m/f/d) (B2B Marketing)

Location: Munich, Germany; on-site and office availability in Munich is necessary.

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of in-person, hybrid, and online events.
• Help organize in-house trade fairs and trade show appearances, including on-site support primarily in Europe.
• Enter, maintain, and analyze data in relevant tools.
• Create evaluations and reports for management.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Requirements

• Currently studying Communication Sciences, International Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable subject.
• Initial event management experience on the agency or industry side and a strong interest in B2B marketing.
• Very good MS Office skills and an affinity for online marketing tools and digital channels.
• Reliable, structured, and organized approach to teamwork.
• Very good written and spoken English and good written and spoken German.
• Proper enrollment must be maintained for the duration of employment; on-site availability in Munich is required.
