Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Germany; frequent travel within the assigned Central and Eastern Europe regions is required.

What you will do

• Develop regional marketing strategies for Central and Eastern Europe to support business objectives and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, workshops, product launches, webcasts, and digital campaigns.
• Build lead-generation programs across email, social media, direct mail, advertising, and offline channels.
• Collaborate with sales, content marketing, partners, distributors, executives, and external agencies.
• Conduct market research, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and develop partnerships with local organizations, associations, and influencers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly field or regional marketing.
• Experience working autonomously and in a structured manner, with strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
